De baas van alles: Leather for covering

Om het bekledingsmateriaal te maken gebruik ik lederresten, schamsel en splitsel. Dat alles wordt gelijmd op een stevig Japans papier. Tenslotte wordt het geheel grondig geschuurd. Het eindresultaat heeft een “organische” karakter.

To make the covering material I use leather scraps, paringleather and pieces of splitleather. All that is glued to a solid Japanese paper. Finally, the whole is thoroughly sanded. The end result has an “organic“ character.
